Check your registered email address
Make sure we have the correct email address linked to your Customer Portal account. You can find it under “Your profile” on www.dlg.dk/customerportal.
DLG App
Download the DLG App from the App Store or Google Play. The first time you open the app on your device, log in with the username and password you normally use on the DLG Customer Portal.
After that, you will not need to log in again – not even after 22 October.
After 22 October, self-registration of new app users may be temporarily unavailable for a period.

Give employees and partners their own access
If several people share a login today, we recommend that each person gets their own access via Role Management. This way, you can control who can see and do what.
On 22 October, users created via Role Management will also receive an email about changing their password – Read more about Role Management here.
