Can I change my username and password before 22 October?
Yes, but you will still need to create a new password on 22 October when you receive the email.
Can I change my username and password directly on the Customer Portal on 22 October?
No – it must be done via the link in the email sent to you, as the email contains a personal one-time code that must be used for your first login.
I have not received the email – what should I do?
Check your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.
If you still cannot find the email, contact us at dlgkundecenter@dlg.dk.
I have deleted the email – can it be resent?
Yes – contact dlgkundecenter@dlg.dk, and we will send you a new email.
Which email address do you send from?
The email is sent from kundeportal@dlg.dk.
What are the requirements for the new password?
Your password must be at least 8 characters long, contain characters from at least 3 of 4 categories (lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols), and must not be weak or among the most commonly used passwords.
I share my login with others – what should I do?
For security reasons, login information should not be shared. Instead, use role management so that each person gets their own access.
What will happen to the DLG App?
The login to the app does not change. You should continue to use your current username and password.
If you want to create a user for the DLG App after 21 October, please contact dlgkundecenter@dlg.dk.
Can I create my new password from my mobile phone?
Yes, you can – but we recommend doing it from a computer for the best experience.
