About the DLG Group

DLG Group is a cooperative owned by 26,000 Danish farmers and headquartered in Fredericia, Denmark. Our roots are Danish, but our outlook is global. From operating solely in Denmark, DLG Group has grown significantly over the past 20 years and is now a leading European company operating within food, energy and building materials, and today we have offices in 18 countries.

With our strategy, Creating the Future 2030, we want to grow our business in a responsible way. We will expand our market-leading position and develop the existing business in order to invest in the green solutions of the future and maintain our robust financial starting point. 

To us, market leadership is also a matter of leading important agendas such as sustainability, diversity and inclusion by having a strong set of values that are at the heart of our work within the Group's three business areas; Food, Energy and Housing.

In 2023 we had a turnover of DKK 67,4 billion making DLG Group one of Denmark's largest companies measured by revenue. Approximately 65% of our revenue is generated in Germany, which is our largest market.

DLG has approximately 7,000 employees of which almost 1.500 are employed in Denmark.
