We are increasing your security on the DLG Customer Portal

On 22 October, we are upgrading the login solution on the DLG Customer Portal.

This means that on that day, you will receive an email from DLG asking you to create a new password.
At the same time, your username will automatically be changed to the email address that we have registered for you.

Once you have created your new password, the portal will work exactly as before – only with even stronger security around your login.

What this means for you:

• Your username will automatically become your email address
• You need to create a new password

Why are we doing this?

We are introducing new login requirements so that your access is always protected with the best and most up-to-date security solutions. Your data is one of the most important assets we are responsible for protecting. With the new login requirements, we follow industry best practices and stay one step ahead in preventing misuse and unauthorized access.

What to do on 22 October

1. You will receive an email from kundeportal@dlg.dk
2. Click the link in the email
3. Use the one-time code to log in
4. Create a new password
   - Minimum 8 characters
   - At least 2 special characters
5. Click “Save” – and you’re ready to go
   
   

New password requirements

To enhance security, all passwords will now need to meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters

Contain characters from at least 3 of 4 categories:

• Lowercase letters
• Uppercase letters
• Numbers
• Symbols

Passwords must not be weak or among the most commonly used passwords.

These requirements make it significantly harder for unauthorized persons to guess or misuse login credentials.
