Maria Kofod Larsen stops as DLG Group Vice President for Organisation & Strategy

Under Group Vice President Maria Kofod Larsen’s overall management, the departments have become professionalized and DLG is today much more streamlined.
Today the DLG Group is very different and going forward we have decided to divide the departments in relation to the Executive Board's focus areas. The departments will each refer directly to the Executive Board.

The Group Vice President, Organisation and Strategy function will be abolished.

In continuation of this, Maria Kofod Larsen has declined to lead the HR area, which we have full understanding of. We would like to thank Maria for the targeted and excellent efforts she has contributed with for many years in DLG.

“I am proud that together we have improved and developed three such central areas for DLG in recent years. There is still a lot to be done, but after almost 19 years in DLG, in several different positions, the time has now come for me to see what opportunities the world outside DLG has to offer at home or abroad,” says Maria Kofod Larsen.

New temporary position
Maria Kofod Larsen will continue to aid the Executive Board with the major reorganization of the Danish organization and the resulting change management until June 2020. 

We are pleased that DLG can continue to draw on Maria’ many competences in this important process of change for DLG.
