Preparing for the future
The aim of strengthening the trading area and consolidating activities into a single unit is to improve performance, reduce risk, and achieve economies of scale through enhanced analytical capabilities and faster decision-making. Global Trading will thus play a central role in realizing the ambitions of the ReGen program – DLG’s three-year transformation initiative.
Pia Brinkmann Madsen will join the leadership team of the Agriculture Business Group and will be responsible for developing and executing a clear market approach within trading that supports the Group’s strategic goals and transformation.
“DLG is a complex company with a long and proud history, which I look forward to getting to know. It’s an exciting organisation with both scale and potential, and it’s entering a very dynamic period. I’m eager to contribute and to help set a direction for how we, as one team, can ensure that trading generates the greatest possible value for DLG going forward,” says Pia Brinkmann Madsen.
Privately, Pia Brinkmann Madsen lives in Skanderborg with her husband.
