Susanne Taulbæk comes from a position as Regional HR Business Partner in the family-owned Belgian company, Etex Group. She is educated in the Danish Defence, holds a Master of Public Administration from Copenhagen Business School and comes with more than 20 years of experience with HR and management from the Danish Defence, Lego Group and Coop Denmark, among others.
DLG is one of Denmark's largest companies and is in the middle of a major transformation process. Along with her team Susanne Taulbæk will play a key role in contributing to the transformation and at the same time support the continued commercial development of the DLG Group in line with its 2021 strategy.

When Susanne Taulbæk joins Vice President of Organization and Strategy, Maria Kofod Larsen, will transfer to a position as Project Director. In this role, she will assist DLG's executive management in the project management of DLG's transformation until June 30, 2020, where she will leave DLG.
